    Our decades of experience is highly diversified: from "grunt" to Commanding Officer, from staff work to combat and heavy seas, from co-founding a startup to running multi-billion dollar business units, we have "walked the walk" leading teams in high-pressure situations and environments.  Our calling is to help leaders stabilize, regain control, and move towards growth and success.


    We draw from proven practices including EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), 4DX (Four Disciplines of Execution).  Our approach is inspired by Patrick Lencioni's book Getting Naked, in that we seek to be helpful, humble, and aren't afraid to ask the dumb question.

We will typically flow through the following stages

Assess

This stage is all about understanding your organization: the team, how you communicate, priorities, problems, and desired outcomes

Prescribe

Very rarely is there a "magic pill" that will cure all ills.  Instead, this phase is about bringing in best practices including operational metrics, effective meeting tips, addressing people issues, etc.

Equip

Our goal isn't a three ring binder that sits on a shelf.  Instead, we want to help you generate momentum that overcomes current problems and positions you to thrive.
